Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 3 days from the date of shipment arrival.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Images of the received shipment showing the problem

Requests without images or sufficient details may not be approved.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for refund or return.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
